Please register via the online registration form only. You will receive a confirmation to your E-Mail address immediately together with the payment information and a personal LOG-IN for uploading abstract/poster information.

Please note: The deadline for online registration will be September 20, 2007. If you would like to register after this date, please use our “late registration” counter at the registration desk.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION LOCATION

OTS main registration will be located in the Main Lobby on Ground Floor of the Langenbeck-Virchow-Building. 

Pre-registered attendees and exhibitors who provide an e-mail address when they register will receive an immediate receipt/confirmation after submission. Please print this e-mail and bring it with you to pick up your name badge on-site. 
Express badge pickup counter will be conveniently located in the Main Lobby registration area. 
Photo ID (driver’s license, passport or government issued photo ID) will be required at check-in.

RECEIPT/CONFIRMATION

All registrants will receive an email receipt/confirmation for the convention if their contact information is complete and they have paid the registration fees in full. Registrants must provide a current email address in order to register.
This email serves as both a receipt of payment and a confirmation that you are registered to attend the OTS International Symposium.
Please print this confirmation and bring it with you to the Express Badge Pickup counter located in the Main Lobby to pick up your name badge and conference materials.

INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION NOTICE

Registration forms will not be accepted if:

You are not registered for the OTS Symposium 2007
if any of the reasons listed above apply.
Please follow the directions on the form to complete your registration. Your registration form must be received on or before June 15, 2007, 5:00 p.m. German time, to qualify for the early bird rate. If your form is received after this date, you will be charged the higher rate.  Contact customer service if you have questions regarding this notice.
OTS reserves the right to make changes to registration fees or policy at any time. Please check this section of the website frequently.
